Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Fitchburg? Look no further than New Fountains Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at New Fountains. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

New Fountains Apartments allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
We have breed restrictions and do not allow: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.

Pet Fees

$250 pet fee
$25 per month per pet

My favorite thing about living at New Fountains is Free Heat! Well maintained grounds and very friendly maintenance staff. Work orders are completed within a day or two at most.

New Fountains has a friendly leasing office, convenient location (close to Epic and downtown), heat is included, it's affordable and a good value, and the pool is well maintained!
