"We have lived here for 3 years and find the apartment complex generally quiet with beautiful grounds. The maintenance team is quick to respond and repaired everything to our satisfaction. The management has also answered our questions in a timely way and is trying to help develop a sense of community with monthly prizes, a nice small dog park, and two well-maintained pools."

"I really enjoyed getting to know and meet all of the staff at New Fountains. They were friendly, easy to work with and were helpful anytime I had questions. Maintenance was also helpful if I ever needed help with or had questions about anything.
